Our Client's investment reporting team in the Private Banking Client Support Center Operations is looking for Zurich based 

Expert Investment Reporting (w / m) 

You have Very good language skills in French and German and English!!

* Distinct dynamics and performance orientation

Our client's Service Management & Standards Team in private banking Operations in Zurich-office is looking for a: 
Product- & Provider Manager Global Messaging Management (SWIFT) 

- Advise stakeholders in all divisions of optimizing messaging, improving business processes and efficiency 
- Lead projects witihin messaging or participate in projects as an expert 
- Information and communication with the "Messaging User Group" using appriopriate communication tools such as the Intranet, Newsletters, Information events 
- Responsible for technical and contractual alignment with Corporate Clients to the SWIFT Network and the Bank worldwide 
- Define Key Performance Indicators and Maintenance of Service Level Agreements in the area of Global Messaging Hub Mananagement 
- Evaluate needs and requirements of the stakeholders, develop ideal solutions and support the implementation 

Skills Requirements.:

- University degree or educational background in banking with further education 
- Experience in Product-&Provider Management within the Finance Industry 
- Affinity for IT-queries and processes 
- Strong analytical, conceptual with organisational skills

Support Head Institutional Clients 

- Challenging leadership of a department with about 12 employees, has the customer care of sophisticated institutional clients 
- Exciting job as department manager in senior management in a region that is characterized by development and growth 
- Ensuring and developing a premium high-end client support 
- Contact and escalation point for customers and interfaces as well as answering the telephone and written inquiries 
- Participation in customer visits and presentations for new customers 
- Intense, versatile interface maintenance, and coordination activities with front-line units 
- Responsibility for daily operations (quality, processes, etc.) 
- Independent monitoring of compliance with service level 


You offer: 
- Proven, in-depth management experience 
- Very good knowledge of the securities business as well as broad knowledge in banking, ideally good understanding of the front and / or custody environment 
- Business management training or higher banking training 
- Very good German and English (French a plus) 
- Distinct dynamics and performance orientation 
- Independent, motivated and very customer oriented personality
